Mihai Moia is Executive Director of the Association for Promoting Energy Efficiency in Buildings – ROENEF in Romania, since 2018. Previously, Mr. Moia has been Secretary of State and President of the Environmental Fund Administration and Adviser in the General Secretariat of the Government within the Romanian Government.
From 2011 until 2016, Mr. Moia hold a management position in the United Nations Development Programme in Romania, coordinating the Energy Efficiency portfolio and implementing energy efficiency projects at national level.
